Order Processing

Orders received by tryitems Store are given immediate attention. Our team prepares and packs purchases within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress at every stage.

We provide multiple delivery options to match your needs. All delivery timeframes begin once your order has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

At this time, tryitems Store ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to check back for updates as we continue to expand our service area.

Order Tracking

Transparency matters to us. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

Address Changes

To update your shipping address, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate later requests, but once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
